It’s often said that Fall is somebody’s favorite time of year because of the hot beverages, hoodies and jeans, and wonderful weather! There are also many great activities to enjoy, check out some of these in Northeast Ohio:

Corn Maze. There are plenty of options for corn mazes in this area, including, but not limited to Kingsway Pumpkin Farm and Ramseyer Farms. Kingsway Pumpkin Farm in Hartville has a different themed maze every year. While it may not be as close, Ramseyer Farms in Wooster has the Ohio Corn Maze every year and throughout the maze you will find different informative signs providing information about Ohio’s past.
Enjoy the Scenery. With the leaves changing, it’s a great time to go on a hike and check out the beautiful scenery. Plus, with the cooler weather you won’t get as hot as easily. Don’t want to hike? No problem, you can drive around and check out all the colors! The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad is another option for checking out the foliage as they offer scenic tours! Festivals. Ohio certainly loves it’s festivals for art, food, culture, etc. Lake Farmpark is one of many areas to check for their variety of events this Fall season.

Haunted Houses. There’s plenty of haunted houses to choose from, some are even haunted hayrides! This is a pretty popular weekend activity for many Halloween fans.
Parties. Maybe you just want a fun night in with family and friends, there are various activities you can put together for Fall. These include costume parties, Halloween themed food parties, bonfires, etc.

Zoos. Akron and Cleveland zoos have many events throughout the year. During Fall you can check out events such as Boo At The Zoo or for adults, Brew At The Zoo.
